HELP JAPAN
March 2011. Collaboration with Calvin Lee '12 and Carol Chen '11. Pro bono design promoting Japan relief efforts on Princeton campus—proceeds from poster sales were donated to the Red Cross. The red sun of Japan is partially submerged but rising toward an optimistic Japanese proverb. Vertical typography, minimalist composition, and brushwork borrow from Japanese aesthetics. Printed on 11" x 17" 80lb. warm white felt cover.
